Living In The Moment

What’s the trait you value most about yourself?

The ability to slow down and absorb my surroundings.

We live in a fast paced world, where it’s about minding your business. People are always on the move. Going somewhere, coming back home, we are always up to something.

But I make sure to slow down, take a look at what’s happening around me. I appreciate the time, plants, people, animals and season. I live in the moment.

Living in the moment has helped me understand so much things. Life is beautiful, temporary and worth living

Check out this cute flower that drew my attention yesterday πŸ’•

Apple

What brands do you associate with?

Before I got my laptop, I was using a chrome book. Didn’t even notice it was slow until I upgraded to a Mac Book πŸ˜‚

My first apple product was my iPad. I wrote (50+) blogs for a client before I could afford it. I saved up for it, was really proud of myself when I got it.

My second Apple product was my Mac book πŸ˜…, although I hated working 8hours. I needed to pay for my MacBook. I actually quit the job immediately after I got the MacBook πŸ˜‚. I preferred writing blogs and working short hours

My third apple product was my iPhone. It was a gift from a friend.

The reason I love apple products is the fact that I can copy something on my MacBook and paste it on my phone πŸ˜…. This is so good, especially since I also assist people with their social media accounts 😚

And then the airdrop 😍. I know it’s like Bluetooth but better

What do you like the most about apple products?

Kaestrings

What’s your all-time favorite album?

Guys listen to Kaestrings, even if you don’t understand the lyrics. His songs hits πŸ₯Ή

My fav song is Rahama 🌸

He actually sings his song live for you on IG if you ask him nicely 😌πŸ₯°

I love taking pics of flowers and then I saw this fairy πŸ˜…and I could help it 🫠

Marriage

Which topics would you like to be more informed about?

I want toΒ know more about marriage, what to do and what not to do.

I would also like to learn how to stay married forever and stay in love forever.

Sometimes you don’t need to do too much.Β Check out this cute flower

The story of 2 Coffees, a fish and a stray cat

Write about your most epic baking or cooking fail.

It has been a hard fight in the kitchen, I wouldn’t lie. 6/10, I come up with something nice πŸ˜‚

One time, I slept late, like 4 am, and woke up late in the afternoon. I was angry with myself for oversleeping but felt I deserved a coffee. So I made myself one, and guess what…it spilled 😩

I was trying to maintain a positive attitude, so I cleaned up after myself. I made a second cup of coffee successfully.

The twist is when I was trying to make myself a healthy breakfast. My fish also spilled on the floor πŸ’”. At that point, I contemplated going back to bed πŸ˜„Β but I had so much to do, so I continued with my day.

No food was wasted. I picked up the broken fish, picked the one I could for myself, Β and shared the rest with a hungry stray cat.

Have you had one of those days before?

The Glow Up You Didn’t Know You Needed: Fruits and Eggs

What are your favorite types of foods?

I am all about glowing up these days, mainly because the new school year is about to start. I have been eating more seasonal fruits and eggs.
Guys, eat more eggs. I noticed that my acne and acne scars reduced when I started eating more eggs, and my nails are stronger.Β

Eating fruits is good. It has a way of uplifting your spirit. I had less panic attacks when I started eating more fruits and veggies.Β

I am into eating watermelons, cantaloupes and eggs right now πŸ˜„

Are You Ready To Be a Leader?

Do you see yourself as a leader?

Yes.

I have always shied away from positions of leadership because I felt I wanted to be mentally and physically ready for it. I’ve been watching YouTube videos on leadership, trying to learn how to be a good leader. And I must say, a leader is a slave to the team. I am using the word slave here not to be negative but to show the importance of humility in leadership.

Anyone can be a leader, but what’s even better is positively impacting the organization and the team.Β

Painpoints of leadership

  • Managing conflicting team dynamics
  • Maintaining consistent communication
  • Delegating tasks effectively
  • Handling team burnout and motivation
  • Balancing short-term and long-term goals
  • Dealing with difficult team members
  • Managing time and prioritization
  • Navigating change and uncertainty
  • Making tough decisions under pressure
  • Aligning individual goals with organizational objectives

Being a leader is so much different from being simply good at your daily task. It is about managing God’s best creation, people.

If you want to know how to manage people, you must know how to manage yourself first. Manage your insecurities, anger, weakness and your time.Β

10 tips to be a good leader

  • Communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Lead by example and model the behavior you expect.
  • Foster trust and transparency within the team.
  • Be open to feedback and continuously improve.
  • Empower and delegate to your team members.
  • Show empathy and understand individual needs.
  • Stay adaptable and embrace change.
  • Make decisions confidently and decisively.
  • Recognize and celebrate team achievements.
  • Invest in personal growth and learning.

Do I see myself as a leader? Yes and I am committed to personal growth and learning. My biggest strength as a leader is empathy. I have genuine love for God’s perfect creations and I want to leave a positive impact on my team and organisations I work with.Β Β
